3316 ED3002 黑色 30玻纖強(qiáng)型 阻燃PBT 連接器等應(yīng)用 

PBT 3316 ED3002 Black 是一種結(jié)晶、無滲出、阻燃的聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯 （PBT），由 30% 的玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)。表現(xiàn)出機(jī)械性能和加工性能的出色平衡，優(yōu)異的阻燃性，高熱穩(wěn)定性，優(yōu)異的電絕緣性，高強(qiáng)度，剛性，即使在高溫下也低蠕變，高熱變形溫度，可涂性，快速結(jié)晶和快速循環(huán)時間，非常好的低摩擦，耐磨性和耐候性，無環(huán)境應(yīng)力開裂和良好的電氣性能。具有良好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性，低吸濕性，以及對各種化學(xué)品、溶劑、油和油脂的耐受性。可使用注塑成型進(jìn)行加工。建議用于需要 UL 批準(zhǔn)的再生研磨使用能力的電連接器、刷架、點(diǎn)火組件、電機(jī)鈴鐺和端蓋、多針邊緣卡連接器、電源或信號連接器、繼電器外殼和蓋子、傳感器外殼、插座、表面貼裝技術(shù)連接器和端子板。符合 REACH 和 RoHS 法規(guī)。

PBT 3316 ED3002 Black is a crystalline, non-exuding, flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) reinforced with 30 % glass fiber. Exhibits an excellent balance of mechanical properties and processability, excellent flame resistance, high thermal stability, excellent electrical insulation resistance, high strength, rigidity, low creep even at high temperatures, high heat distortion temperature, paintability, rapid crystallization & fast cycle time, very good low friction, wear- & weathering resistance, no environmental stress cracking and good electrical properties. Offers good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, along with resistance to a wide range of chemicals, solvents, oils and greases. Can be processed using injection molding. Recommended for electrical connectors which require UL approved  regrind use capability, brush holders, ignition components, motor bells & end caps, multipin edge-card connectors, power- or signal connectors, relay cases & covers, sensor housings, sockets, surface mount technology connectors, and terminal boards. Complies with the REACH and RoHS regulations.
