Celanex 3316 EF3022 Natural 是一種結(jié)晶、不滲出、阻燃的（PBT），由 30% 玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)。在機(jī)械性能和加工性能之間表現(xiàn)出出色的平衡，優(yōu)異的阻燃性，高熱穩(wěn)定性，優(yōu)異的電絕緣性，高強(qiáng)度，剛性，即使在高溫下也具有低蠕變性，高熱變形溫度，可涂裝性，快速結(jié)晶和快速循環(huán)時(shí)間，非常好的低摩擦，耐磨性和耐候性，無(wú)環(huán)境應(yīng)力開裂，以及良好的電氣性能。具有良好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性、低吸濕性，以及對(duì)各種化學(xué)品、溶劑、油和油脂的耐受性�？梢允褂米⑺艹尚瓦M(jìn)行加工。建議用于需要 UL 批準(zhǔn)的 50% 回收料使用能力的電連接器、刷架、點(diǎn)火組件、電機(jī)鈴鐺和端蓋、多針插卡連接器、電源或信號(hào)連接器、繼電器外殼和蓋板、傳感器外殼、插座、表面貼裝技術(shù)連接器和端子板。它通過(guò)了 UL 和 CSA 認(rèn)證，為 1/32 英寸的 V-0 和 1/8 英寸的 5V，符合 REACH、PFOS、PFOA 和 RoHS 法規(guī)。

Celanex 3316 EF3022 Natural is a crystalline, non-exuding, flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) reinforced with 30 % glass fiber. Exhibits an excellent balance of mechanical properties and processability, excellent flame resistance, high thermal stability, excellent electrical insulation resistance, high strength, rigidity, low creep even at high temperatures, high heat distortion temperature, paintability, rapid crystallization & fast cycle time, very good low friction, wear- & weathering resistance, no environmental stress cracking, and good electrical properties. Offers good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, along with resistance to a wide range of chemicals, solvents, oils and greases. Can be processed using injection molding. Recommended for electrical connectors which require UL approved 50% regrind use capability, brush holders, ignition components, motor bells & end caps, multipin edge-card connectors, power- or signal connectors, relay cases & covers, sensor housings, sockets, surface mount technology connectors, and terminal boards. It is UL & CSA approved as V-0 at 1/32 inch and 5V at 1/8 inch, and complies with the REACH, PFOS, PFOA, and RoHS regulations.
